DIRECTOR

Diana has trained in all styles of dance from a very young age and grew fond of the art form very quickly. Her passion for teaching also emerged early on, and she was hired as a junior instructor at the age of 14. She has won numerous choreography awards over the past decade for her work in the competitive dance arena, and her coaching and choreography have led her dancers to multiple national titles.

A graduate of the University of Nevada with a degree in Applied Mathematics, Diana also teaches math for the Nevada System of Higher Education. She graduated debt-free from the university by being a contestant in the Miss America Scholarship Program representing Nevada as Miss Nevada 2013. Diana was one of five contestants awarded the prestigious STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) award at Miss America, and received additional scholarship money for her efforts in STEM education.

Her passion for teaching is evident in all of her instruction methods. Dance is the perfect medium to be able to instill work ethic, team camaraderie, personal goal setting, and invaluable life skills. Diana brings all of these pieces together for her dancers seamlessly.
